What if my order arrives damaged?

If you need a replacement for a damaged part, please send a picture along with the Serial Number on the commercial box or on the device and the Sales order number to support@mymaasc.in Kindly include a brief description of the damage. Once we receive this information, we will process the replacement of the damaged part(s) for you.

What if I receive the wrong product?

If you receive the wrong product, kindly contact us at support@mymaasc.in To assist us with your request, please include a picture of the received item, the Serial Number on the commercial box or on the device, and the Sales order number. Please provide a brief description of the issue. Once we have received this information, we will proceed with the replacement process. In some cases, we may need you to ship the wrong product back to us, but we will cover the shipping costs.

What if I'm missing items from my order?

If you are missing items from your order, please contact us at support@mymaasc.in and provide a picture of the commercial box's Serial Number as well as the Sales order number. Additionally, please include a brief description of the missing item(s). Once we receive this information, we will proceed with the shipping the missing part(s) to you as soon as possible.

How can I cancel my order?

Order could be cancelled before the shipment. Once the order is shipped, we cannot accept any cancellation. To initiate cancellation, please send an email to support@mymaasc.in with the order number, serial number of the product, and the reason for the return. We'll take care of the rest for you!

What if I need to change my shipping address after I've placed my order?

As long as the order is not shipped, you can change the delivery address. Simply contact us at support@mymaasc.in with the updated delivery address and we'll make the necessary changes for you.

What is the lead time for shipping?

The lead time for shipping depends on your location. If you're in Europe, you can expect to receive your package within a week. For customers in the America and Asia, shipping typically takes around 10 to 15 days. However, for Africa it may vary depending on the destination country, ranging from 10 to 25 days.
