Maasc PAPR

1. We stand behind the quality of our products and want to make sure our customers are completely satisfied.
2. If the product arrives damaged, or we made an error that cannot be remedied with replacement items, we will send a replacement to you.
3. Contact first connect@mymaasc.com with the Order# with description of the issue and pictures if possible. When validated we will send you back a Return Authorization # (RA#).
4. It is your obligation to pay the return postage, and we do recommend you opt for tracking and confirmation numbers for verification of delivery.
5. Please join with the returned product(s) the RA#.
6. Our Standard Return policies do not apply to all items. Below are items that cannot be returned and cannot be refunded:
   • Opened pack of filters
   • Teared neckstraps or USB cable
   • Credit will not be issued on products that are damaged, discontinued or out of date. 

Maasc will be shipped wherever you are. We use customs-friendly shipping wherever we can, especially to the US, EU, UK, Canada, Middle-East, and Australia.

For some destinations the shipping prices do not include import duties and VAT depending upon the laws and regulation of each individual country.

Expected delivery time is systematically communicated by email after ordering. It could vary from 10 days to one month.
